How to activate my band/watch?

Lifesense Watch

The device is activated successfully when vibrating twice.

The device is activated successfully when charging battery icon shown.

How to reset time and date of device?

Pair your device through Lifesense Health App on your phone.

Please make sure Bluetooth of your phone is on and Internet connection is available. 

Lifesense Health App will sync up time and date setting automatically.

How to sync up my fitness data?

Please make sure Bluetooth of your phone is on and Internet connection is available. 

Drag down Homepage of Lifesense Health App and the synchronization with finish automatically. 

How do I know my device connection with Lifesense Health App is working?

The lighted device icon shown in homepage means the connection between your device and phone is working.

Why I cannot upload my data?

Doublecheck by following steps:

1. Your phone is on the supported list or not.

2. Your device is activated or not. If your device failed to display anything, please try to recharge your device by inserting into USB port.

3. Bluetooth and network connection are working or not. 

If you still fail to upload data, please try to reset Lifesense Health App or your phone.   <

Sleep Monitoring

How can the device help me with Sleep Monitoring?

Generally speaking, your body will stay on stationary statue during sleep, Lifesense device will record movement data when you roll, move your arms by inner sensors. Lifesense device will monitor your sleep status during 3 stages, Deep Sleep - Light Sleep - Awake.

Lifesense device will start to record your sleep data when you are in sleep status according to position and gravity change.

To avoid recording wrong data, Lifesense device will start sleep monitoring in certain conditions. 

Does sleep monitoring works only when I wear Lifesense devices? Yes, it does/

Why I cannot find my sleep data on the homepage even though I've worn my device during my sleep?

1. Lifesense device cannot recognize your sleep status due to too much body movement, sleep quality is not good.

2. Lifesense device cannot recognize your sleep status due to few body movement, sleep quality is excellent.

3. Lifesnese device cannot recognize your sleep status due to wrong wearing way. Please adjust your wearing way.

How can the device detect my heart rate?

Lifesense device detect heart rate by collecting optical reflection with pulse sensors which illuminates the skin and measures changes in light absorption.

Why I cannot find my heart rate data?

Lifesense device will confirm your resting heart rate by at least one time sleep monitor has been done.

What's the definition of Resting Heart Rate?

Resting Heart Rate: The resting heart rate is defined as the heart rate when a person is awake, in a neutrally temperate environment, and has not been subject to any recent exertion or stimulation, such as stress or surprise. Most texts cite the typical resting heart rate in adults is 60–100 beats per minute (bpm). A large body of evidence indicates that the normal range is actually 50-90 beats per minute.

What's the definition of Fat-Burning/Endurance/Peak ?

Fat-Burnnig: Medium intensity exercise such as jogging.Your fat burn HR range is between 118~138 bpm. 

Endurance: Medium-to-High intensity exercise. Your endurance HR range is between 138~168 bpm.

Peak: High intensity exercise. Your peak HR range is above 168 bpm.

Why I cannot find my heart rate data on the screen when I run with my Lifesense watch?

Please make sure you are waring Lifesense device correctly and close enough to you wrist skin.

Call Notification Ⅰ

Why my device viberate 5 seconds after the call?

In case you already notice the incoming call, Lifesense device will not start reminding you immediately.

How long does Lifesense device notification last?

Lifesense device will notice for 5 seconds with viberation. Notification will stop when you answer the call.

What does it mean when the screen only showing Calling?

The unkown number will be shown as "Calling" instead of contact name.

Can I hang up the incoming call?

Lifesense Band 2/2s and Lifesense Watch support to hang up incoming call by pressing the hang up button on screen.

Why I can't find Lifesense device on my bluetooth device list?

Please make sure your phone is supported Bluetooth 4.0 or above. Lifesense Band/Watch is using LSBand/LSWatch

Does the Bluetooth need to be always on?

Call notification and Text notification require blustooth is always on to keep the connection between devices and phone.For data update, bluetooth is needed when you would like to upload data to App.
